Extraction Equipment

1. Basket Type

Suitable for production with less quantity or many varieties.
The herbs are loaded in the punched hole screen basket and the lifting and loading is done by using crane.
The machine made up of stainless steel 304.
Main heating battery using steam or electric heater.
With filter system to reduce the sediments.

2. Stirring Type

Suitable for production with big quantity and less varieties.
The extracted herbs are agitated, so the extraction’s efficiency is better.
The machine made up of stainless steel 304.
Main heating battery using steam or electric heater.
With filter system to reduce the sediments.

Application

Herb’s extraction and concentration.
Tea, herbal tea, coffee extraction and application.

The Vacuum Concentration Equipment

Two types:
1.Circulating concentration by vacuum.
2.Stirring concentration by vacuum.

Low temperature concentration: 45-60^oC.
High vacuum’s degree: 400 – 700 mmHg.
High capacity of concentration.
The punch can be removed from the top.
