Machine is facilitated with a unscambler at the infeed end followed by filling, stoppering and at the end with a scrambler at the out feed end. First, the desired amount of vials on the unscrambler. From the unscrambler the vial reach to the filling unit through slat conveyor. The Filling Unit consists of Filling Head, Syringe & Nozzles which are used for liquid filling. A star wheel is provided which hold the vial during filling operation. A sensor is provided for “No Vial – No Filling” operation. After completion of filling operation vial further moves towards the stoppering unit for Stoppering of the vial. The stoppering units consist of a Hopper, Chute & Star wheel. Vial starts to move in rotary movement along with star wheel and picks up the rupper stopper from the exit of the chute. The partially placed rubber stopper on the vials moves towards the pressing roller section. The pressing roller is provided to place the rubber stopper properly on the vials. Then the vials will be transferred to the slat conveyor and move towards the scrambler unit.
