Automatic Tube Filling & Sealing Machine

Model: FST 1800

The FST-1800 is suitable for filling all kinds of pasty and viscous fluid into plastic tubes or laminate tubes. This machine provides outputs of up to 1,800 tubes per hour.
 
Description
1- Operation process:
Tube supply - Clean tube - Tube road - Color code – Filling - Hot melt - Sealing and printing – Cutting - Finished products.
2- The tube supply and clean tube are affected pneumatically.
3- Color code is carried out by photoelectric switch. A photo-electric tube print registration station ensures correct positioning of the tube decoration prior to sealing.
The system is controlled by a stepper motor together with a high accuracy photocell, the sensor from Shike in Germany.
4- Hot air sealing unit from Leister in Switzerland.
5- The machine made up of stainless steel 304, the material contact parts made up of 316L stainless steel, according to the GMP requirement.
6- “No tube-no filling” function.
7- Electrical controls by PLC with touch-screen.
